Finger Lakes Woodturners May 2014 Meeting
Finger Lakes Woodturners will hold our regular May club meeting on Thursday, May 15th. The meeting will be held at our normal meeting location and will begin at 6:00pm with a show and share of members work. A quick business meeting will commence at 6:45pm. Following the business meeting we will have our featured event.
Because we were unable to hold our April meeting we will be presenting that demonstration, so this month we will feature FLWT member, Ralph Mosher with Turning a Three-Sided Goblet.
Definitely a new take on turning a goblet, Ralph will be showing us all how he combines traditional Goblet turning techniques with multi-axis turning. The end result is a very unique turning that is sure to attract lots of positive attention. There are sure to be a lot of new skills to learned at this demonstration, so don’t miss it! We hope to see everyone at the meeting!
