Finger Lakes Woodturners October 2016 Meeting
Finger Lakes Woodturners will hold our regular October club meeting on Thursday, October 20th. The meeting will begin at 6:00pm with a show and share of members work. A quick business meeting will commence at 6:45pm. Following the business meeting we will have our featured event.
This month we will feature FLWT Members Don DeBolt and Jeffrey Cheramie, and the topic of their presentation is – Windsor Chair Making on the Lathe
Don a Jeff will share general information on building Windsor Chairs and they will detail what sis required to lay out and turning parts for for the chairs on the lathe. This is a demonstration that we have been waiting for and it give us the opportunity to see how turning is applied to a classic piece of furniture.
